How To Meditate

how to meditateI am often asked by people, how to meditate. And it is a very good question. But you see, whilst it is very simple and easy to meditate, my answer is not always straightforward. You see, the question is, ‘What are you wanting to meditate for?’

Are you stressed and purely looking for stress relief? Or are you wanting to meditate to discover more about yourself? Or maybe you have heard a little bit about meditation and you are just curious? It helps if you know why you are interested in meditation. Having said that, whatever reason you are interested in meditation, I would love to show you how to meditate.

If you are stressed, it is hardly surprising. After all, we all live in a world that is constantly moving, constantly changing; nothing ever seems to stay the same. Our physical world is constantly changing; our emotions can sometimes get the better of us, and the mind, well…. What can I say? The mind seems to be the biggest cause of stress, anxiety and depression for the whole of mankind.

So, how can meditation help you? Meditation can help you by bringing more and more stillness into your life. Not into your mind, your body or your emotions, but actually into your ‘life’, your state of ‘being yourself’. You will naturally feel so much calmer and so much less stressed. So it really is worth doing.

I have been meditating a long time, and I have sought out the best meditation teachers on the planet. I have avoided all those who wanted to fill my head with anything that they cannot prove or demonstrate. I would advise that you do the same. It seems that meditation is often attached to religious beliefs and dogma. The insecurity and fear caused by holding a belief that cannot be proved, is often a deep source of ‘subconscious’ stress in many people’s lives.

Your meditation is a progressive experience, meaning that you will become increasingly still and will experience some amazing benefits. These you will discover at your own pace and will discover them for yourself, within yourself. I can provide you with expert guidance and support.

You really will feel increasingly lighter as you discover more stillness and joy within yourself. As all thoughts can only take place in movement, and meditation only takes place in stillness, it stands to reason that thought, including all beliefs, religions, dogma, ceremonies, traditions, ‘in vogue’ or ‘new age’ beliefs, all are let go of.

Meditation is nothing to do with positive thinking. Whilst positive thinking, visualizations and guided meditations are a fantastic way of helping you get through life, providing you with mental and emotional guidance, enjoyment and support, they do not reveal anything of your deepest nature. Therefore, ultimately, these too can be let go of, if you wish to go further in your meditation.

I can show you very many ways how to meditate. Here is a shortened list of the meditation techniques that I can teach you.

Breath Meditation
Mantra Meditation
Crystal Meditation
Kundalini Meditation
Color Meditation
Geometry Meditation
Mandala Meditation

I teach these meditation techniques through my websites, my videos and in person at my meditation workshops. Whilst these techniques are very powerful, and they are more than many meditators have ever come across before, I have a much more powerful meditation technique that I can share with you. This involves the revelation of spiritual energy, an internal light and sound, at your brow center. Whilst this is a very rare form of meditation, it is available to you now through my videos and teachings. You will know how to meditate in a manner that will show you your deepest nature.
